Good news for Pakistanis of Saudi companies

Saudi companies will not dismissal Pakistanis for the next three months.
ISLAMABAD: The Saudi government has announced that it will stop local companies from dismissal Pakistani workers for the next three months.


In a video link with Zulfi Bukhari, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Saudi Minister for Manpower Abdullah bin Naseer has announced that Saudi companies will not fire Pakistani workers for the next three months. All employees will be paid up to 3 months' salary. There will also be support from employees who have been hired so far. Full payment of arrears and arrears to Pakistani workers will be ensured.
The Saudi minister said that the extension of visas for Pakistani workers would be absolutely free till December. Besides, Saudi Arabia also announced to extend the duration of entry and exit visas and free STCP facility for sending money to Pakistan. The Special Minister Zulfiqar Bukhari has thanked the Saudi Minister for assuring full cooperation. During the meeting with the Saudi Minister, the two countries also discussed the possibility of launching flight operations soon and agreed to continue contacts in difficult situations.
